  While I knew the stepper was used, it arrived very dirty. It had spider webs underneath it, was covered in animal hair, and looked like a wasp nest used to be on it. There was no attempt to at least clean it before shipping. But at least I received it.

  I am so very sorry about this. I did clean this step, but I have very low vision. I got in a hurry to get it shipped but I should have got someone else to check it. I am sorry I learned a lesson at your expense. are there any Firm workouts you are looking for?
