The unit arrived a day early. Shipping was really quick. Seller had excellent communication throughout the process. The curl pattern of the unit is just like the picture. It is made well. However the bangs were much shorter than I expected. That was disappointing. Since no returns are accepted I'll have to keep it and wear it. Extra goodies are included with the package. That was a nice touch.

This company is exceptional in service and quality products. I have not had a negative experience. There was a mix up with the color hair. Luffy not only accepted the return but refunded me 100% for the shipping and my colored hair was received less than a week later. I will use them again for more hair.
