Disc Brake Pad Adapter Parallel to IS Bike Replacement Part A2Z

It worked for me

This adapter solves the rim brake to disc transition, but doesn´t fit any frame easily, specially if the frame is small or the angle between seatstay and chainstay is too narrow. I had to grind some material to fit it in a 1999 Jamis Dakar size 15". Not easy to bolt on the frame or adjust but finally made it work.
