¼ inch “M" style Air Compressor Plug x Female Hose Thread (FHT)
During Fall, Winter, & Spring, insects occasionally nest in the Garden Hose. This attachment, when connected to an Air Compressor, allows you to blow all the debris out of the hose without worrying about it backing up into the house water supply. I assume it can also be used to blow water out of the sprinkler system, so that your PVC pipes won’t freeze and crack in the Winter. The Air Compressor Plug end is an “M” “Style” or “Type” which is also known as ““I” or “M” or “I/M” or “Mil” or “Military” or “Military Industrial”. This is the most common “Style” used in the USA.

Doesn't leak, just the right volume & height.
It's similar to the outdated county assigned recycle buckets; so it's easy to pickup when full. It's better because it doesn't have any drain holes on the bottom; it doesn't leak. Its height is short enough to fit easily in the backseat of a sedan without hitting the door jam getting in. I don't like the fact that you have to buy the lid separate. The grey one comes with a lid.
