I was unable to use it

I can't really rate it because it didn't work for me. The live DVD takes too long to boot, and in the meanwhile the fan in my laptop won't work, so the computer shuts down due to overheating. But maybe it works for other people. I tested Mint 19.1 (live DVD) and it works fine indeed I liked what I saw, but I didn't install it. I installed Zorin 15.3 instead, and I am very satisfied with it. So this is not necessarily a negative review, it didn't work for me because of the particular characteristics of my hardware, but it may work for some people

Based on the unreliable third edition

I was very disappointed, because I meant to buy the English translation of the first edition (original), and it is actually based on the third edition that was altered by Ludwig Geiger. I am still looking for the first edition in a language that I can read, which could be English, French, Italian or Spanish. The French translation that I have is no better.
