Mary Kay Timewise ~ really a nice product line... You should see my skin !!
2 of 2 found this helpful I wasn't initially convinced that I wanted to switch to Timewise from the 5 step Mary Kay skin care system, having used that since sometime in the 1980's. I'm not always one to embrace change easily, need to experience something good about the new before surrendering the "good old"...
However, I did survive the change, from when we put on the putty-like Day Radiance & then splashed water onto our faces to spread it around (back in the late 1970's), to the now "old" 5 step process.
So, it has been a couple of years now since I switched to the Timewise system...
At first, it felt weird, almost like my face was sliding loose when going from moisturizer to foundation. Then I learned to take the time to brush my teeth between those steps to allow the moisturizer to settle in first.
Love the convenience of several steps in each product, and at 54 my skin looks and feels great!
I did stockpile my favorite Mary Kay Day Radiance liquid foundation summer & winter shades when they announced that the product line was being changed, so am still using the "old" foundation until my last saved bottles run out. At that point, will try out & probably find one of the new Mary Kay foundations which I'll enjoy.
It is hard for me to compare this product line to others, because except those few times I was unable to locate someone selling Mary Kay for a couple of months in the late 1980's & early 1990's for a couple of months, have been pretty much just using Mary Kay since 1977. Don't remember what other products I tried, but always came back to Mary Kay.
Do wish the pump bottle form, which Timewise first was in, would still be available as I'm not wild about the tubes. Overall, though, I really do like this product line.

This CD had me shimmying around the kitchen in seconds.
Very nice blend of music.
I did belly dancing for several years (1970's to late 1990's), and now being almost 60 years old, am turning to those old dance moves to help keep limber & toned.
A very nice replacement for some of the old LP's & Cassette Tapes.

NIce Guide Book For Carving Wood Spirits
I had seen this book at one of the Woodlanders Gatherings in Mineral Point, WI a few years back.
Delighted to now own a copy.
This book has great information for anyone with an interest in the process of carving wood spirits &/or in green man lore.
(The Woodlanders group is dedicated to sharing traditional, rustic, & archaic art forms, and preserving those artisan traditions for future generations. Annual group Gatherings, each with several days of hands-on instructional workshops, are held every summer in Wisconsin & in New York. The Wisconsin Gathering is in mid-July at the Shake Rag Alley Center for the Living Arts, Mineral Point, WI.)
