Great Nutritional Book!
This is a great book full of information regarding nutritional health and how to combat various health issues.
It is very informative and talks about the body and it's function and provides delicious recipes to maintain good health. The recipes can be used in any blender, I have a Vitamix and the recipes work great. This book makes a great gift.
