damaged, not in "brand new" condition.

These were supposed to be new. One of them had a big dent in it.

Not for newer type valve.

If the valve you are working with is a Valterra 3" bladex valve, this seal kit won't fit. It's apparently for an older discontinued version. I know because I bought one and even though the posting says it's for a Valterra valve it doesn't fit the newer version. I contacted the seller, but no reply so far.
