More than I expected. I already have one copy of this book without the illustrations. The illustrations are what I had imagined while reading the first book..

The bobbins fit my 1961 vintage Singer 401A
The metal bobbins are the right size for my machine and I had bought some in a retail store that did not fit properly. My 1961 Singer 401A does not seem to work as well with plastic bobbins either.
