Shelley Bradley is emerging as one of the best!
This is the third title of hers that I have read. I "stumbled" across her recently by accident and was amazed at how great a story she writes and I just love the way she can make the lovemaking episodes, which are many, so erotic! Boy, does this lady have a way with words! This is historical romance and was a very believable story, which really helps. It has a great villian...always a must and of course, the Lord of the Castle, who was originally thought to be just a cad turns out to be a real hero and all around great guy...not to mention great in the hayloft! Once you read any of her romance novels, you will put her at the top of your "best reads" list!

Bad Boys scores a direct hit!
This book is one of a series called "Bad Boys" published by Brava. I read anything by Alison Kent as she always writes a great story and really knows how to describe the lovemaking in a sensual way. Kind of like Elizabeth Lowell, who is also one of my favorites, but more "earthy". I think authors in this genre need to be descriptive and "real". Let's face it, we need to have authors who can acurately descibe what their characters are feeling or talking about in the language that most or many of us would really use in the bedroom...or bathtub...or on the kitchen counter! All these authors are good, but Alison Kent is just a step above most! If you blush easily, this may be too racy for you and it might be better to stick to Harlequin.
