Almost impossible to use as directed.
1 of 1 found this helpful It is difficult to keep it flat in the water when trying to put filled jars on top of it. It closed up on itself. I followed directions exactly and the only way I could keep it flat was to hold it down with with tongs and doing that didn't work that well.
