  Shipping was terrible,(they never sent it) Packaging well they never sent it. Can’t tell if item was as described. And there was no value. Here I am waiting for my package and I return from vacation and have a message from seller after many days that they are refunding my money because “item was damaged” it’s an old metal license plate that was posted for auction, if you don’t have the item don’t sell it in an auction. And if you are going to cancel the auction do it right away don’t wait
