Wrong coffee
If you notice I ordered coffee from you on 19 January 19, 2020. And it was the dark roast nothing on. This Time you sent me a different coffee charged me for it and then you wanna charge me for the same one I ordered in January. This is not the coffee I ordered I went to open it today 5 March and saw that it was a different coffee and you charge me for it and now you want to charge me for the regular coffee that I ordered in January and why would I order a different coffee in February? Before I place any negative complaint I’d like you to tell me what you understand I should do about this and how we can work this out it’s not fair that I have to pay for my coffee that I want and drink a coffee that I didn’t want.
