Keep you regular

this product is mostly a probiotic supplement. but I think it also has some calcium bicarbonate (like Tums) in it so it is also good for the upset stomach. This product has been the go-to gastrointestinal med for ages for people in Japan and Taiwan. I grew up with it. It will keep you "regular" if you became not "regular."
