Helps with my anxiety and when I’m trying to relax!
I tried a few herbal teas for my anxiety, but this one is my favorite. I drink it before bed or throughout the day when I’m trying to wind-down and relax. I highly recommend this to all my anxious friends out there.

I use it for my anxiety, and I highly recommend it!!
I’ve been looking for soothing teas for my anxiety, and I love this one. I drink it before bed and it helps calm me down enough for sleep. It helps that it taste good too, haha. Highly recommend!!
