Error-filled and boring (even for a materials textbook)
This textbook does its job I suppose but contains more than its fair share of errors. In addition, it makes no attempt at making the content more interesting.

SATA power key melted, otherwise its a fast and loud drive
I found after two months of normal use that the SATA power key had melted into the SATA power cable rendering the drive useless without that same power cable. Luckily, the cable wasn't fixed to the computer or the drive would've been stuck to that computer. Drive is a little on the noisy side as well. That aside, its pretty fast.

Pay attention to the male to female attribute
Not sure if this item works as intended because I bought it on accident because I didn't pay attention to the fact that it was male to female and just focused on its reasonable price.
