They hold a space precisely on the temperature you set.
I can't rate this one as it come compromised but I have 3 of these units that have been working for a few years now. For someone like me they were a little tricky to wire up, took me awhile to do it and that is the hardest part.
They work great!! Walk in and set the thermostat on the wall and that's it. There are a lot of things you can do with it also if you want to do the programming but I just use it for a constant temperature in the apartments.

Great boosters
I've used boosters in 5 places I own for years. I have 4 of this type and the are far superior to the old brand I used to use.
Although WeBoost bought the company that used to make the old ones I always used.
