If you order your manual from here, buy it before you buy the equipment. 8 days before a shipping label was even created. Three weeks to get it.. copy is clear and legible, but it is not double printed or center stapled. Simply photo copied and stack stapled. Will never hold up. I will not buy from here again. This is the first time I have ever left any negative feedback on an item before. Hundreds of items purchased, but I’ll take my manual buying business elsewhere.

I ordered this on Dec. 11th as a Christmas gift. The expected arrival was Dec. 20th. I contacted the seller multiple times because my order was paid for but not shipped and received no response. On the 20th the seller finally shipped my item and now it will not arrive in time for Christmas. Very poor customer service!

I actually ordered the wrong Hayliner Book as I needed the 310 model not the 270 balerr I notified Manualwerks and they quickly fixed the problem and sent me 310 Hayliner Owners Book Guide I needed. Thank you so much for your prompt attention. I received the owners manual today and it was exactly what I need to work on the New Holland 310 Baler.
