This hat is fake. The description states that's is real fur but it came in FAKE. Also the customer service is the worst I have see a total fraud. I reached out and they said if you want to returned it because we lied in the description you will only get half of refund.Don't buy from this seller.

Prematurely gave seller a negative feedback. I am hereby retrieving such negative feedback. I am 77 years old and have trouble navigating the web. Was having a very hard time trying to reach and communicate with seller. Have made contact with seller since then and am happy to say I was wrong in rating seller negatively. Seller has been very cooperative and very concerned with us having had problems. Seller sent us a return shipping label for defective tank and is shipping us a replacement
