Sturdy wheels of poor quality
The wheels are sturdy and rotate easily on a ballbearing cage. The wheel material is soft and doesn't leave marks on the floor.
However, unlike the picture shown, they came with a nut screwed so tightly at the base of the stem that is was impossible to unscrew it without damaging the thread. It was not an isolated wheel but all the wheels that had this tightly screwed nut. I greased the stem and used two pliers, but the nut was simply impossible to remove. Placed under the cabinet, because of the nut, the wheels bend in random directions, which makes moving the cabinet a nightmare.

Good but noisy
I chose this older server because its size (4U) allowed me to use more specialized full length PCIe cards than newer models. It's heavy and noisy but it does the job. I like the design too.

It is just like new. I ordered it because mine arrived damaged, in particular the status indicator.
