Impossible to install printer.

The printer is a really nice one which is why I bought it. However it was almost Impossible to install printer. An instruction manual should have been added to the package. I tried for three hours to install it myself even downloading new printer driviers. Finally I got a USB connection to my laptop, but could not install it wirelessly. Had to hire someone to do it for me. Don’t know how he did anything different than I had tried but at least it works now. Also the ink cartridges that came with it were low which was OK because it was a used printer. But when I added my new ones it’s still Not giving true color. Bottom line is I mostly use it for black-and-white and that printing looks great. The printer cost me $60, the cartridges are about 70 and the technical help off the Internet was 225. Pretty expensive deal I think. I am getting so jaded but it’s par for the course.
