About the size and weight of a bowling ball these are amazing little monitors.
1 of 1 found this helpful Get a pair of these or get a pair of Focals. Every brand, make and model in-between is just another compromise. When mated with the B2091A subwoofer these are as accurate and detailed as many 2.1 systems 10 times their price. I've owned many of Behringer's Pro Studio products and I've learned to appreciate them over the years.

These seeds are "magical"!

The MIC500 USB is very small in size but very powerful and very colorful sounding.
A Swiss Army Knife with vacuum tube warmth, flexible input output routing and useable compressor/limiters. This multi-functional devise is a powerful headphone amplifier, a vacuum tube microphone preamp, an active direct box for bass guitars and keyboards and a USB digital computer interface. It’s all steel case has 3-large chicken head knobs for input gain, DSP modeling and output trim. It has 5 back-lighted color coded push button switches for direct monitoring, phantom power, -20dB pad, high-pass, and phase reverse with a brightly lit LED input meter. A balanced XLR microphone input, two-1/4 inch dual mono-inputs, a 1/4 inch TRS headphone/monitor output, direct output and a Type 2 USB connector handles all of the I/O. Externally powered via a 12V wall transformer with any power on/off switches eliminated to prevent accidental turn off during recording. This compact mic-amp sounds warm and detailed. It works well as a guitar and bass preamp and as a computer interface at 16 bit 48kHz with Apple Garage Band and Cakewalk’s Sonar. Its mic amplifier has plenty of headroom, is clean and quiet and the onboard comp/limiter helps to tame peaks and control dynamics.
