.i never bave or had and pr9blema.with ot expet to get it,its not made by any homemeaxe company so mosz doctors presrcibe another isnomnia help drugs which don t work only keep.you nome and more tyred which is sad...bit....i am happy tk finally foind something to use comnined woth zolpidem ,cause these keep me asleep at least 2 horus more than jsuall and that si graat after 20 years of insomnia and no use treatmans I will write this as a feedback :)
