This product is really hard to find in the U.S. I appreciated being able to purchase it from the seller, and having them verify it was the exact item I needed before shipping internationally. The shipping took a little while, but that was perfect because it kept the shipping cost down to a reasonable price. Packaging was lightweight, but kept the product well protected. This Seller was terrible. They indicated much faster shipping before I ordered and then after I paid for the item the shipping was suddenly over 1 month. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AND IT WAS MISSING AN ENTIRE PIECE, THE SWIVEL TO THE FURLER. THE BOX I RECEIEVED WAS ALREADY OPENED, THE FURLER ITSELF WAS NOT PACKAGED OR WRAPPED, IT WAS JUST THROWN LOOSLEY IN THE BOX. THE SWIVEL OBVIOIUSLY FELL OUT SOMET TIME IN THE PACKING OR SHIPPIING PROCESS BECAUSE THE BOX WAS NOT CLOSED.
