A good, practical and helpful book for those recently diagnosed with diabetes.

This is a good wee helpful book for those who have just been diagnosed with diabetes. There is an explanation of what diabetes is and how it affects the body. There are a variety of helpful suggestions for healthy eating and easy swaps such as creme fraiche instead of cream in baking etc. There are also recipes which are easy to follow. I have bought a few books and felt they were not practical or the recipes were very complicated (and would cost a fortune to make). This one is a good, practical book.
