Simple HDD Replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the second replacement Toshiba hard drive I’ve had to replace in my wife’s laptop that’s only 4 years old. One thing I noticed is the manufacture date was 2014! Really. 8 years old brand new out of the box.
Easy enough to replace because I had a backup disk to reinstall windows and files.

Great looking cookware. Well built but ......
0 of 1 found this helpful The Emeril cookware looks great. It is solid and is a great deal for someone looking for stainless steel cookware. My only complaint is, and it may be just my inexperiance with stainless steel fry pans, everything burns or sticks to the bottom. Regardless how low I keep the heat. Frying eggs are horrible! Most of the bottom layer of the egg is stuck to the pan whether I constantly stir and scrape the bottom or just let is sit there on a very low heat.
I purposely purchased stainless steel cookware because of the growing concern about non stick surfaces contaminating our foods. But I'm now finding it necessary to add alot more oil or butter to help keep things from sticking. Not the best solution for someone concerned about eating healthy.
I've also noticed it takes much longer for the pan to warm up than my old teflon pan probably due to the clad design. I know the pans are made by a commercial grade cookware manufacturer, Alclad, so I was expecting better performance. I'm not a professional chef and don't know if there is any difference between the two lines but I really can't imagine a professional chef having time to cook everything on low. For now I'm using the fry pan mainly to reheat foods on a very low setting which takes longer but has solved my burning situation and will look for a better solution for the fry pan. The other pots and pans are great! Sorry Emeril. I was hoping your line would enhance my cooking experience, not take away from it.
