  Item exactly as described. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 devices were defective and would not charge. This was not sellers fault but rather the manufacturer Insteon. The seller quickly responded and gave me a full refund for the 3 defective units. Seller also has great integrity since he didn't want the defective devices back because, as he stated, he can't resell defective devices. I will definitely buy from him in future.
