Cheaper than wiring your home
1 of 1 found this helpful Wanted to get my game system hardwired with an ethernet cord. I talked to some cable installers and it wouldve been ugly and costly to install wiring from router to my game system as I have a finished basement.
This allowed me to use the existing electrical wiring in my house to transfer the ethernet connection with a minor cost in comparison and using a plug that was already free. I've had one minor connection problem since using it requiring me to unplug the device from the wall and plug it back in on the router side but its been great and seeing a much smoother experience while gaming plus a little piece of mind not going over the wifi with possible rubber banding.
