Medium, Light, Extra Light, or Custom Light
These sound great on my solid-top, laminate-back-and-sides, Ibanez. The Extra Light strings were an experiment that succeeded, so I have since ordered a set of Extra Light and a set of Custom Light Martin Retro strings for my solid top and solid back and sides Martin D-JR10. Trying the Custom Lights now and might like them better than the Lights that came on the guitar. We'll see about the Extra Lights. (Overall, I like the feel of the Retros over the Authentic strings. They also sound better on my solid wood guitars. The phosphor bronze strings sound better on the laminate guitar.)
