Great book!
Well written and a fun book.

Different material on new sponges.
The product has changed. The old sponges had a terry cloth covering which was very nice for scrubbing. Now, the covering is more smooth and synthetic and does not do as good a job at cleaning off the dirt. The old sponges tended to come apart at the seams though and the sponge part would collapse and not hold up to many uses. The seams of the new ones remains to be seen if they will hold together. So far so good. Same for the sponge inside, time will tell if it stands up the test of time and use.

Presto pot controller
Excellent control, any temperature, not just high medium low. Use thermometer to get exact temperature, but this little controller will adjust your temp easily.
