Inspiration, motivational movie for all.

Help in dealing with persons with mental illness.
It was a book about mental illness. If you have a family member or friend with mental illness, especially if they are bi-polar, it could be helpul. It's not terribly technical. I read it in less than two days.
If persons with chemical dependency make the best counselors, wouldn't the same hold true with person with mental illness?
