  Mixed bag would be entitled to leave negative feedback but will give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Positives: Quick dispatch, well packaged, lego in good condition, Quick response from seller, offer of a full refund due to the following; Negatives; Box is wrecked on side, whole side is missing, Instructions all loose pages, box also has a small tear on the front, seller conveniently didn't photograph these issues on his advert. Personally I would also highlight such damage.
