Decent Sandy Bridge-Only Motherboard
I bought this motherboard to use temporarily while my main motherboard was in for RMA. For the twenty dollars I paid this board is a good value. It has 6 SATA ports with two of them being SATA3. The downsides are that this board cannot accept Ivy Bridge CPUs and that this board does not have onboard USB3.

Excellent cheap speakers
I bought two cheapo USB powered speakers. The first pair was some other brand and model and was horrible. Ground loop hum, picked up interference, poor sound reproduction. The second set was these Frisbys. These work great. I would not hesitate to buy another set of these speakers for any of my future speaker-needing needs.
