System works great, but components flawed
4 of 5 found this helpful So far the system itself has been fantastic. I purchased it for my wife so we can play Sea of Thieves. We've had a blast playing together. Unfortunately the controller that came with it seems to have a connection issue. It randomly disconnects in the middle of gameplay quite frequently, and can take some time to get working again. It hasn't been an issue as far as getting kicked out of games and what not, but it does severely impact the game itself. In certain situations, it can be the difference between passing a mission or failing it, which can be quite annoying. I took two stars off because A) the controller is vital to use the system, and B) because controllers themselves can be a very expensive replacement.
