  He sent the package a week later because I asked him, and he replied (using a lie as an excuse) "The post office returned the package because I sent it in a wine box." There was never any movement on the tracking number. Then he sent the package with the wrong weight (a fake 8 ounces to trick the post office), and I have to pay $21.20 because the weight is actually 3.45 pounds? Do you think that's okay?   Continúe from feedback left -- these situations don't happen and so he doesn't commit unethical acts like this kind of scam. Then I wrote to him, and he never responded again. You think things can be fixed without communication like a magic wand? He's not a trustworthy seller; stay away from him.
