Corner Pins of the new assembly do not line up with the holes in the chassis.
When attempting to anchor the four corner metal pins from the assembly to the chassis using existing machine screws, I found the holes in the metal pins were not lining up correctly to the holes in the chassis - regardless of the amount of pressure exerted. Therefore I was not able to use these very small machine screws to pass through the pins to the chassis. The only way to make them line up would have been to dremel or drill the metal pin openings which would compromise the metal pins themselves and also produce metal shavings. I was finally able to anchor one of the pins to the chassis in the upper right hand corner - so 3 out of 4 screws were not anchored to the chassis and I could see some space between the screen assembly and the chassis. I also noticed after installing the digitizer assembly that the illuminated screen looked different from an angle. I compared this to a factory iPhone 4s and their is a distinct difference. If you are looking for a quick repair to get the iPhone 4s up and running, this is a good fit. But if you are looking to get the same look and feel as a factory iPhone 4s, look for another supplier other than Seiko which was the label on this assembly.
