Listed as new in box. Arrived clearly used with old paper still in it. Was faulty. Did not charge, nor hold charge thus could not print. Sent back no issue but was advised I would lose $ if it did work as the resale value now reduced to item being secondhand. Well, it was clearly secondhand to begin with and faulty so a threat to lose partial $ upon return is unacceptable when description is misleading and item doesn't work. I did receive a full refund.

As stated for parts… that the seller was unable to test… received package… clearly labelled by them that the item was faulty… yet another dishonest pawnbroker… item is faulty. They were quite aware of it.. avoid… do not buy from this seller. They will lie to you. check their google profile it’s is all full of negative reviews.
