Seems like good steel
Product was as described and looks like it was made of quality metal. I would have to wait many years to testify that it lasted a long time, but for now, it fit the holes and I am satisfied.

This thing works safely.
this thing tames the wildest of small beasts.
Especially ratter - type terriers that run full blast and pull your arm out of your socket.
Dasher now obeys on his own. No yanking, no jerking.
A great product.
