  BEWARE! AVOID this dishonest/aggressive, THREATENING individual. Item arrived covered in HOLES and undisclosed storage damage. I contacted the seller immediately post-delivery to report the problem, to hear denied knowledge and instead accused me of damaging the Coat?! Carefully reviewing the photos from the original listing you could not see traces of the holes I reported even though the seller had strategically arranged jacket in an attempt to obscure the damage.   Hello . This buyer has cut and paste another reply from a previous buyer who I made a mistake with and gave a full refund . This buyer first wanted me to accept a 50 % less value and a picture of them wearing the coat .. then they didn’t read the message and complained about the holes .They got a full refund and then tried to keep the coat !!!! It was only after I said I would come to collect it did they post it back after having the funds !!!! Interesting .charity shop got it now .

  This person is dishonest and aggressive, avoid if possible. Item arrived covered in undisclosed moth damage. I contacted the seller within 30mins of delivery to report the problem. The seller denied any knowledge of it and instead accused me of burning several small cigarette holes in the garment?! I then carefully reviewed photos from the original listing and could see traces of the holes I reported even though the seller had strategically arranged jacket in an attempt to obscure the damage.

  Hi . This was a genuine mistake and you received a full refund . There was not intention to deceive .. not that desperate. Also I checked other items of the back of this and discovered and issue with moth holes and amended the advert accordingly . It does now smell of smoke and sorry if you don’t like the comment. Moth holes do look like burns . It was a statement not an accusation!!! Full refund given dispite the need to clean the cost due to smoke smell
