I was sceptical about this, as the ECU contains the car’s VIN, and their may be variance between car specs. Maybe I was lucky but I made sure the part
I was sceptical about this, as the ECU contains the car’s VIN, and their may be variance between car specs. Maybe I was lucky but I made sure the part numbers matched and it works fine. I cleared some codes with my ICarsoft MB V2 and it works okay.
The remote unlock/lock function is via these components too, so I found the new key’s remote was needed for that too. Don’t buy one with just the chip!
