The regular bluray disk works perfectly ...

The regular bluray disk works perfectly fine, however the 4K disk came loose in the case and hardly works. The 4K disk has frequent stoppages on my PS5 and when loaded into my 4K PC drive, it is full of errors when trying to read this disk.
