Nicely detailed model of the B-17 in 381st BG(H) colors.
Nice model of the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress in the colors of the 381st Bomb Group (Heavy), part of the Mighty Eighth Air force based in Ridgewell, England during WWII. It is a smaller sized model that will fit in nicely with one's WWII ;military aviation library.

Excellent history of the Lockheed Electra and how they fixed it.
Excellent read of the Lockheed Electra and it's design flaw that was called "Whirl Mode" and how they fixed it. A real page turner.

Good weekend to read "Weekend Wings"
Great read about the trials and tribulations of learning to fly a light airplane back in the late 50's and early 60's. Had read this book many years ago and really enjoyed it! I learned to fly back in the day and can relate to the fun and adventure of it all. Seller got the book delivered right on time and it was in excellent condition, even better than described. They did a nice job! Thank you. Mike Kelly
