Original Apple earbuds
Sound is decent but they're for larger ear holes. Kinda painful if worn for longer periods.

Not simple plug-n-go.
ONCE you get it to connect to the receiver it works ok, but getting it to do that is a pain in the butt! If I had purchased this thru Amazon or another retailer, I would've sent it back. Since it was ebay, I wanted to fuss with it, since returns are a hassle. I eventually got it to work in a sequence of installs/uninstalls which are NOT mentioned anywhere in the instructions.
If you want simple plug-n-go look elsewhere.
