Great for POTA and other portable operation!
This is the Japanese version so it's limited to 50 watts on SSB and you lose a lot of 160m but I'm using this radio primarily for portable operation so neither of these are any bit of a concern.
On my first POTA activation with this radio I made two contacts in Spain from Missouri on 20m while running 50 watts into a Super Antenna MP1. I am more than happy with it!
