Japanese Cooking: A Simple Art (ExLib)

Great book!

Way more detailed than I expected! Great for someone who really loves Japanese cuisine and wants to learn more than just sushi preparation. It reminds me of Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking set up; similar style photos and lay out. Very pleased and will be a prized edition in my collection.
