KH2 is a true gem, BbS is even better on the big screen, and RE:Coded puts the puzzle pieces together.
1 of 1 found this helpful Kingdom Hearts 2 and Birth by Sleep got the HD remaster they deserved, along with RE:Coded turned into a movie for fans of the lore.
KH2 is a classic masterpiece, it grabbed the first title of the franchise and fixed the small things in which it didn't quite succeed at, and kept the story going in a even more compelling way, making you understand early in the game that this time it's the real deal, the worlds are in danger and you'll need even more power than in your previous adventure. Everything about this game is amazing, the characters, the worlds, the visuals, the gameplay, everything falls into place.
Same could be said about Birth by Sleep. Despite beating it on the PSP years ago, this time it felt even better, playing on the big screen. And with the multiple characters to choose from, each with a different campaign, the replayability factor is a big plus.
Re:Coded brought extra lore to the game, for those who love to understand the whole story of the game. I honestly didn't really watch it, but it's a great extra.
