Once assembled and painted a very nice detailed model at a very reasonable price.
Thick, nicely detailed, non-transparent heavy plastic. Does require a hobby knife and sandpaper to remove excess plastic (flash) from many of the pieces. When assembled and painted results in a very nice model.

Items works well and is easy to use. Just hope it lasts more than two summer seasons.
Product works well. Appears to be of good quality. However, this is my second Blumat pressure reducer. While it appears to be a quality product, my first Blumat pressure reducer lasted only two summer seasons. Since it is not an inexpensive item, I hope this one lasts significantly longer.

Nicely detailed with eye catching interior lighting effect.
Nicely detailed building. The illumination of the TV sets inside of the building really catch the attention of onlookers. I indicated above that the product is durable. That is the case when handled by an adult. All of the Woodland Scenics Buildings that I have are highly detailed and durable when handled by an adult.
