Performs Better than Expected
Have only used it a few times but it has performed better than expected. Some other reviews express concern about whether it heats oil to temperatures set on the dial and I found it does. Being able to cover the unit before dropping the basket into the oil does save splattering and extra cleanup. The pot comes out nicely for clean-up. More than happy with my purchase!
