Seller was rude, condescending and item was not sent "unlocked" therefore it was unusable. Seller refused a return. Overall, rude communication and poor experience. Buyer Beware.

I posted that the sale was for PICTURED items only. He was angry that the power supply (NOT pictured) was not included. It is readily available as a separate item. He wanted to return, although I had also posted as NO RETURNS (especially on electronics). He tried several deceptive (lies) to force me to take it back (saying it arrived INOPERATIVE and then LOCKED) and I simply told him no. I know this device works fine. I proved this through Heyward engineers. He just didn't know how to use it.

Nice device, great service and features.
Lots of functionality, easy to set up and use. Perfect for my home automaton. Works with Hue, Dish, and all of my smart plugs. Even the Nest.
Not a true hub, still need the Hue hub or Samsung Smarthings.
