  Awful. I won an online bid for a book. I wrote to the seller a polite note asking them to please pack very carefully the expensive book I bought. 3 days later no reply, so I politely wrote to them again also enquiring about the shipping date. They replied by a very curt message, saying because of my message they decided to cancel the order and proceeded to reimburse the book. I wrote back saying that I did not agree and they didn't even bother to answer. A seller to be avoided,not trustworthy.

  We have a 10 day shipping that is clear. it takes time to get back to a seller. this is the first negative I have received in over 20 some years. Please forgive the curt message. I did not get back to you I am 84 years old and take my time. I will not be on e-bay very long. Regards Mike and Ron
